Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. Only a transaction identifier and subscription status are retained.

Usage data

Betting analysis history, preferences, and feature usage — collected to provide and improve the Service.

Technical data

IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — collected automatically for analytics and security purposes via Umami (a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track personal data).

2. Use of data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• Providing and managing your account and subscription
• Delivering the Service: NBA predictions, value bets, player props analysis
• Improving the Service, fixing bugs, and developing new features
• Communicating with you about your account, subscription changes, or support requests
• Ensuring the security and integrity of the Service
• Complying with legal obligations

3. Google data

When you sign in via Google, we access your email, name, profile photo, and Google account ID exclusively for authentication and account management. We do not access any other Google data (contacts, calendar, Drive, etc.). Your Google data is never shared with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Infrastructure providers — for hosting and operating the Service (cloud hosting, database)
• Umami — for privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics
• Competent authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights

These third parties only access the data strictly necessary to perform their services and are contractually bound to protect your data.

5. Data retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g., billing records retained for tax compliance).

• If you signed in via Google, our OAuth authorization will be revoked
