8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
